Spreading the word—one story (and stretch) at a time

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to share my journey, teaching philosophy, and vision for wellness in several articles and interviews—and now, with the evolution of Become Yoga into a pop-up experience model, I’m more excited than ever to keep the conversation going.

These features highlight how yoga can meet us in the middle of real life—in the coffee shops, vineyards, offices, and everyday spaces where we already spend our time. My mission is simple: to make movement and mindfulness more approachable, more enjoyable, and easier to fit into real life.

If you’re curious about the heart behind Become Yoga or want to explore where this path has led, take a look at the stories below.

Crazy for Clayton Interview

It was my honor and privilege to chat with Michelle Sapan-Molinaro from Crazy for Clayton. In this episode of Crazy for Clayton, I’m sharing how my yoga journey evolved into something a little different from the traditional path.

In this conversation, I talk about:

  • What led me to yoga over a decade ago, and why I became a certified teacher in 2020.

  • How I started teaching in studios, but felt called to create something more accessible and fun.

  • Why I now host pop-up yoga events in joyful, everyday spaces like coffee shops, vineyards, and markets.

  • My mission to help busy women take a breath, move their bodies, and feel more like themselves—without the pressure or perfection.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to be at a certain level or in a certain space to try yoga, I hope my story encourages you to show up just as you are.

This is yoga that fits real life—and I’m so excited to share it with you.
