You don’t need to be flexible. You just need space to breathe.

Hi, I’m Grace—yoga teacher, mom, and big believer that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated.

I’m a 11+ year yoga practitioner turned 200 RYT yoga teacher with certifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Digestive Stress and Children’s & Teens Yoga. However, the knowledge I share with you comes from a place of person experience. Not only have I learned these skills in class, but I am constantly doing the work I share for myself!

I created Become Yoga to help busy women take a break, move their bodies, and let go of stress—even if it’s just for one hour. What began as a way to manage my own burnout has grown into something more joyful and expansive: a series of pop-up yoga events that make movement and mindfulness feel simple, lighthearted, and completely approachable.

Because most women don’t need a complete life overhaul.
They just need space to reset—and someone who says, “You belong here, exactly as you are.”

Why Pop-Up Yoga?

I love yoga studios. But I’ve also learned that for many people, walking into one can feel intimidating—especially if you’re brand new to yoga, out of practice, or unsure what to expect.

Pop-up yoga removes some of those barriers.
We meet in familiar, welcoming places—like vineyards, coffee shops, markets, or community spaces—where the vibe is more “try this with me” than “get it right.”

It creates a different kind of experience—one that feels relaxed, inviting, and fun. And that makes all the difference for people who never thought yoga was for them.

Who I Work With

I work with:

  • Women who are stressed, stretched thin, or just craving a little “me time”

  • People who are brand-new to yoga (especially those who’ve felt unsure about starting)

  • Local businesses looking to host something fresh and meaningful in their space

  • Private groups or teams who want to connect through movement and mindfulness

No yoga background required—just a willingness to try something new and take a breath.

What I Believe

You don’t have to be at a certain level to try yoga.
You don’t need special clothes or a fancy mat.
And you definitely don’t need to feel intimidated.

You just need a starting point that feels welcoming.

That’s what I aim to offer through every class I teach—a space that removes the pressure, encourages presence, and helps you reconnect with your body in a way that feels good.

Whether we’re flowing beside grapevines or sipping coffee after sunrise stretches, these classes are designed to help you:

  • Relax without the pressure to perform

  • Move at your own pace

  • Breathe deeply (maybe for the first time in days)

  • And feel a little more like yourself
