I offer private, personalized yoga classes designed to meet your unique needs—whether that's virtually, in the comfort of your home, or at your workplace. My sessions are perfect for all levels of practice, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Choose from a variety of styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Yoga for Athletes, Power Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Children’s and Teen’s Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Digestion, and Yoga for Stress Relief.
In addition to private lessons, I offer office yoga, workshops, pop-up classes, and special events in the Clayton, Pine Level, Wilson, Princeton, and Goldsboro, NC areas. I also teach virtual yoga for those who prefer online sessions or live outside the local area. As a Certified Yoga Instructor (200-Hour Yoga Alliance Member), I hold several certifications in various yoga specialties, ensuring you receive the best instruction tailored to your needs.

Take a deep breath, grab your yoga mat, and join us for a laid-back evening at Hinnant Family Vineyards. We’ll start with a gentle yoga class designed to melt away stress and help you unwind—no yoga experience needed.
After class, stick around to sip on a glass of Hinnant wine or non-alcoholic grape juice, soak in the vineyard views, and enjoy some well-deserved time just for you.
Event is $25 per person which includes yoga class and glass of wine.
